Just an odd thought: If you did not sign the newly updated policy to the uniform that says .... and you sign to "Agree" to it, don't sign a damn thing if they try to write you up for it. IT would be an invalid write up. Why? They're writing you up for a clause you never signed to. You can also write "receipt only" on these things and legally it doesn't count if they try to fire you for it. I have been doing this since day one and no one has questioned me on it but that's because no one really checks these ducken things closely until the one damn day they do have to. It basically means I neither disagree or agree to this. My state allows us to do this others might not.

What exactly is the "new uniform policy"-I haven't heard a thing about it in my store

I wanna know who the genetic retards are who want to and voted to KEEP the apron for everyone.
I work in Grocery and don't need it. I haven't been wearing it for at least 1.5 years. I can work better without it.

(I'm the poster of this original thread.) I found a loop hole and can use an ada accommodation to wear a damn jacket in the cooler be they like it or not.
