It's mind boggling how you people who never learned to hold onto employment get through life. Those who never developed any financial skills and the money goes out faster than it comes in. Those that just job ghost without warning and screw your coworkers over on the schedule by job abandonment. How the frig are you people getting through life?
My coworker has zero financial skills, relies on her other to support her and she's older and can barely support her self financially. If she hasn't learned by now she isn't going to. The money goes out as fast as it comes in and she has some very questionable work ethic traits I could care less for. She has high call outs and I'm frankly getting sick of it and so too is the whole team. She's been written up for it once before. If you're not going to bother to show up to work just quit and find something else.
