The rep that took my call said it would be "forwarded to the company"-she did not say it was forwarded to the store that I filed on or to my current store. What does Corporate do when an EP complaint is receieved? I have never been able to get an answer from someone that knows the actual procedure(s)

Depressed employee will not be investigated regardless because kroger wants a lovely story. Employee is depressed due to home factors and tried to blame an fellow employee. Management will turn the other cheek.
