I'm not sure if this is the best place to ask, but here goes...I'm curious if anyone else is having trouble like this, too...Our Kroger recently switched from paper paychecks to sending them via mail or into direct deposit...I know I probably waited a little too long to change things, but I'm very old-...

I did finally prove it that my store manager was schedule harassing me and discriminating against me and union did crud about it. Then wrongfully sided with the manager but if I file an eeoc claim they'll obviously side with me. If it resumes again I will file an eeoc claim for harassment and discrimina...

The rep that took my call said it would be "forwarded to the company"-she did not say it was forwarded to the store that I filed on or to my current store. What does Corporate do when an EP complaint is receieved? I have never been able to get an answer from someone that knows the actual procedure(s)

Or the lead(s) harass you to work even if you're doing a stay-cation. It's your time off work, you earned it a...

This past Friday management was telling everyone who had accumulated overtime for the week to cut their hours on Saturday. Don't let them do that. They are not allowed to change the schedule once the work week starts. I personally hate staying over. So if I have to stay over 15 minutes here or 30 minutes...

My coworker let his anger and roth take advantage of him again and he lost it with our lead and a few other people. When other people in my department go on vacation, management says we can't have any extra help to replace that person. I end up with a lot of overtime. I hate overtime. When my eight hours are up, I want to go home. When I go on vacation, they bring in all kinds of help so everyone can go home on time. Ev...

Someone decided that we need to have a couple boxes of variety donuts already boxed up and put out on one of the tables. It's one thing to box up leftover donuts at the end of the day. It's quite another to box them up before customers have a chance to pick their own variety. The people running the compan...

This is the second walk where our lead was a total disgraceful bastard dick the whole day. I'm going to start calling out for walks if this is going to be the new normal for our department. If you don't treat your staff with respect you won't have any staff long term. If our lead grumbles how everything is g...

I'm getting really fed up with our manager this year. I filed multiple ethics reports against him for targeted harassment scheduling and bias selective scheduling incidents. I didn't get paid one f'n vacation this year because it took him for ever to approve them all. My last one for the year and he m...
