I did finally prove it that my store manager was schedule harassing me and discriminating against me and union did crud about it. Then wrongfully sided with the manager but if I file an eeoc claim they'll obviously side with me. If it resumes again I will file an eeoc claim for harassment and discrimination.
All my finals for fall 2025 are going to fall on the same day. I'll need at least 1 hr for each of them. One or two I'll be able to do but on a 10-7 pm shift that isn't possible. The schedule writer is still cleaning and schedule preferentially treating our department. Due to this cleaning, I'll just call out for my finals day for my online classes. I'm not realistically doing my finals at 6 am half asleep and I'm sure the hell not doing the other option of 10 pm at night tired after work exhausted. I've done this before and had my grade severely docked because of the exhaustion. Nope, school comes first. Manager's a dick and I know he'll deny the day off so I'm calling out "sick" that day. And as little as I call out I'm going for it. I didn't pay $$ for education to fail my classes due to not being able to do the final.
