Kroger now wants their self checkout attendants to be extra annoyingly friendly to their customers. Saying hello/goodbye to everyone within a 5 foot radius. Going up to each and every customer on a self checkout lane and bugging them about their day. And the worst of all... have a huge giant permanen...

Speaking from the customer end, I'm sick of all you cry baby whiners slacking on your jobs and refusing to help the people who make your pay checks possible---your paying customers! You should all be replaced by people who actually want to work!

Is there a special day for Kroger employees to visit Zoombezi Bay and the Zoo schedule? If so when?

I mean it. I'm tired of dealing with you. You're a festering wart on the ass of society, and while I understand you all take turns riding short buses to work and you have your mommies sign for your pay stubs and tax forms, that doesn't mean a thing to me, the consumer. My needs are very simple at Kroger: Adeq...

So today I got chewed out by my CSM because a customer called and chewed her out because she forgot a bad with 2 things she paid for Apperently thats my fault she forgot those 2 things. That's not a personal insult, it's a statistical fact. Women fit into this too, but mostly, any man you see (or are ) fitting that demographic, you are either: retarded, mentally ill, an alcohoholic and/or a drug addict. Put it this way: in any metro area big enough to justify Kroger putting a store, t...

I just got back from one of the Cincinnati area Kroger stores on Friday afternoon on July 19, 2019..... On the outside of the store there's all kinds of circus flags/streamers decorating the parking lot and store roof. It was comparable to a small college homecoming football game. There's also a...

Hello to all. I am pleased to be here and I shall enjoy sharing in the insanity that this crazy retail world has to offer. I've worked for Kroger for some time and I look forward to talking about the trials and tribulations of the job. Thank you for having me here.

In fact they're doubling down on this stuff. It is going to really suck now being at the front end. If you're caught not saying hello to even one customer, you get written up or suspended, and then fired. Doesn't matter if you're just sitting by your register for a 30 second rest, you get written up for tha...

I retrieve and put away the bakery frozen order five days a week. I alsp do some of the ordering. Someone else does it the days I'm off.
