My availability is 8am to 9pm. My dept lead scheduled me until 9pm in my own department, but then someone above her added another hour and a half to that day for grocery.. So I'm scheduled to work until 4-9pm in my dept and then 9 to 10:30pm at night on a Weds for Grocery, when I said my availability is 9pm...

Why are the mods not moderating this forum? We keep getting replies from people who are arrogant as*s holes replying in garbage language. Some of the posts are so rude it belittles staff and the company. Does Kroger not know that this website is tarnishing their image? I've tried reporting these...

This place is over run with trolls lately and it sucks. Like seriously almost the whole first page is just stupid troll threads. Can the mods of this forum do anything about it? It makes legit issues Kroger employees talk about here get buried. Cant people also just stop responding to the trolls?

In our store we close the produce doors at 9PM. It used to be 10 but Loss Prevention told us to close them earlier.

So our store finally got those camera screens installed on all our self checkouts. My only question is... Do they actually record anything or are they there as a dud, a deterrent, a placebo, a gimmick? Another store has 'em in the produce section. I mean, who steals produce?

If so, how well did you adapt? What were the circumstances behind the closing? Did you lose anything, like your old shift, or money or health benefits?

For the last several weeks Ive been eating some good snacks off the shelves while stocking them. I even get to try out the new stuff that comes in before any one else! To hide the evidence I just kick it under the shelf or damage it out. Over night is fantastic you can get away with murder here!!
