This was posted on Youtube back in 2015 and also here on the Kroger Employee Forum. I think the lady appears to have mental issues. Or, she had been having a VERY VERY bad day, and something in the checkout lane made her come completely unglued.

Sounds like some of thr people who have complete melt downs at my work too. Usually its because of a price discrepency, not hwving enough in their wccounts or inability to get cash bsck.

4 things I got out of that:

1. If that had been a man, police would have been there in 2 minutes, handcuffed and escorted to jail.

2. Permanently ban that bitch from the store.

3. The man with her has the most patience I have ever seen in a human being.

4. Should be part of the training video for Kroger new hires on what they have to look forward to in their new job.
