How many employees have vanished from your store (to beat the January 20th deadline?) Canada has too many problems for them to migrate there. Any help wanted signs appearing at your store?

Work load is unevenly distributed. People can make up or do what ever shift(s)/hours they want. Even if it means tons of over time. We have two people who have ghost quit and they've even gone as far as to refuse to work. Due to union protection and management not doing anything; they keep getting away...

I was recently hired at a local Dillons (Kroger family) as an "EAS Greeter". Job description is very vague in regards to whether it is an actual Loss Prevention department assignment and, being as I'm interested in continuing my career in LP, I'm wondering what all it entails. I don't attend orientat...

They would sell skibidi toilet action figures instead of greeting cards and the only food and drinks in stock would be Prime and Lunchly (I like my cheese drippy bruh!). Also, the speakers would play the Talk Tuah podcast and there would be magazines on mewing, looksmaxxing, and rizz tips! It is an int...

Since our new manager took over 3 months ago he's been target harassing me. Union has stepped in repeatedly to assist as he was using various firing tactics to "push me out" and enough is enough. I'll suck up a lot but don't harass me with my schedule or try to take my job or paycheck away from me. No. That' s...

I don't know if this is just Louisville Division or if it's widespread but I've talked with several people in different stores who have said that Kroger didn't deduct their health insurance premium from their paycheck. Check your paystubs.

I started having issues with our current store manager and after a few months of his bs I just had to say enough and call. The union scored me a win after some investigation and grievance wrote up the manger. Even if you call them for a knowledge question or check up don't feel bad or guilty when calling the...

I've been seeing a lot of posts on reddit about severe hour reduction this time of year and it's only getting worse. The union needs to step in and tell them to stop it. I've had this happen to me too. The union fought to get my hours back and it's not worth it if I'm having to worry about my pay check if it'll co...

Lots of customers are frowning and turning the other way quickly do to filthy smelling associates not practicing self clean. Any advice for these special heathens on how to be fresh?

Can the cops break this up or is it still legal and up to the Kroger patrons to ask if they're really playing and ... in a financial hardship ... before making a donation? I got a gut feel it can't be stopped based on a legal technicality. Can Kroger management go outside and kick them out of their parking...

You know when kroger becomes popular when on employee made an false theft report just to frame an co-worker. The missing purchased item was under $200, the investigation was still in the works 1 month-2 months after the "missing" item was found. The missing item was in the employee's personal space (...
