Is it true that when a missed clock out punch isnt fix by you the store can put it 1 min after the clock in time meaning you worked that day for nothing

I'm use to hrs going up and down depending upon the time of yr but hrs are so reduced that it's like 1.5 persons per department on duty. Doesn't matter the size of department you get 1 maybe 2 during prime time and that's it. I roughly average 34-37 hrs a week and now down to 28-34 at best, at best. This b.s is w...
