While I may have resigned back in August, I should still get my W2 in the mail for the 2014 year... right? How long does it take them to mail those out? I'd like to get my taxes done as soon as possible. For records purposes, I have a copy of my very last pay stub. But, that's about it.

I've been working at Kroger (#397) for about 4 months now. 3 weeks or so ago one of the store managers offered me to work day shift in produce ( im a nightshift stocker). I told him no and we went about our ways. Then a week later after that I got called out by the other store manager saying I was "slow". I told h...

All u have to do is tell ur favorite customer send in a bad OSAT and don't forget to do one yourself. Just find a receipt!!!

Okay maybe sabotage isn't the right word. But at the very least try and make you look bad even if it's not in front of customers but in general as well. Or maybe I'm just feeling this way because I'm going to be scheduled to work in bakery for a third week in a row after this one, because finally the rest of the...

I've read back maybe 5 or 6 pages of posts, and seen a lack of what we call "utility clerks" Otherwise known as the Janitors. Shout out to the mop heads.

What is going on with Kroger Health Insurance? I've been an hourly employee for 4 years and well over 40 hours a week (Status 1) and now they tell me I CANNOT put my wife on my health insurance. HR told me that they no longer will carry a spouse on health insurance unless they are TRANSGENDERED! HR also s...

No overtime but they never give enough hours or discipline the lazy workers that require me to stay over my shift to fix the problems the closers caused. They want the "Conditioning Cart" set to the tee but it's only me and the truck guy. They want cut fruit on display and PPST updated but it's only me and t...

Notice on time clock said this was starting in January-if we wanted a paper check it would be mailed to our house and Kroger would not issue pay advances for late/misdirected checks. They said that they could not guarantee we would get our check on Friday if we chose to have it mailed. I don't like the id...

Regarding your "friendly associates" announcement in the stores-I am not being paid enough to be "friendly!" So there!!

Mr Frontenac

Okay. So at the front end, I know there's job types like floor supervisor, courtesy clerk, utility clerk, cashier, service desk, and uscan attendant. But I don't know about clicklist. All I know, from looking at the schedule is that there's attendant and selector. What do each of those do?

EUID_Unknown · Mr Frontenac

Had a new cashier ask me how to reload a 1-2-3 Rewards card, and I had no idea. This is on the Toshiba touch screen registers. I thought you do the "Swipe Reload" button and then slide the card on the reader on the side. But they told me that didn't work. Also, can Kroger gift cards be reloaded at the register...

I fumbled up an order where there were these guys who had a couple of free coupons. At first I had to explain to them that the coupons only applied to one item for a value of up to $5 (not two or more items for $5) like it says on the coupon. And then I had to explain it to them again a couple of times until they got i...

Mine is married, but they obsess over the same sex, to a point it is inappropriate, like hugging people that don't want to be hugged, stuff like that.

I've seen a couple of the new cashiers doing this when they're buying their stuff. Now, I'm just using my own common sense, but isn't that not allowed? Personally, I've never done it, I always wait for the attendant to clear me out. But then again, that never happens as I always follow the machine's dire...

Our head is telling employees to scan it for demo then trash it. Can't you get fired for improperly logging damages?

All you bakery people complaining about all the work you do and how busy you are, why don't you worry about real issues like the giant roaches that are crawling in and around the food in your departments, or are you guys just used to them now?
