How does mgmt determine who gets the Dept head position when opening a new store basically in the old stores backyard. Some have been notified they are not getting there depts. They have had good inventories , profits , leads zone with hardly any shrink.

I do everything needed. I face the store. I tell the employees to do stuff they already know. I push a cart for 3 hours a day. I eat upstairs for 2 hours. Will I ever be good? Any tips? John Ram
