I went online to check my paystub and Kroger has screwed up my paycheck. This time they paid me 1 hour too much. I worked 7 hours on Thanksgiving Day, but was scheduled 8 hours. They let us go an hour early since the store closed at 4:00 pm and they had us scheduled until 5:00 pm. I clocked in and out that d...

antone who works in MS, do they schedule you according to seniority? Or mix it up? And does the CSC have the right to schedule you on your unavailable day?

I went through my interview and then went through the orientation for Drug/GM. I'm scheduled to be at the training center for the 2 training classes tomorrow at 8 AM. I'm doing both in one day. What should I expect for tomorrow? I've never worked for Kroger so I'm totally new.

Normally, I'd often come to the defence (yeah, defence) of courtesy clerks because of how much **** is rolled down towards them. Then, there's clerks like this guy: He just stood there for more or less 15 minutes while being on his phone. How do I know it was roughly 15 minutes? B...

How does the manager select what order the names are on the schedule? Is there a way to put the manager then back-up at the top and then list everyone else by seniority?

What say you? False, I say. Consider:Kroger is already the 4th-lowest-paying company in the US with no pure-grocery competitors below it.The Kroger niche isn't, "We're the dirt-cheapest thing out there in food." Charge a penny more for the processed-junk items, and compensate resp...

Alright this here is a post I actually put up on facebook back when it happened in July. I have been putting off sharing it on here simply because I didn't want to even see anything that said Kroger. That is how much I despise the place. But the more I think about it, the more I feel I should share it. Just so pe...

Can I get some tips as a new cashier. I use to work at another kroger when I was fourteen, but as a bagger. Now I'm 18, and have gotten a job as a cashier. How can I be fast, remember the codes, coupons, how to be friendly and charismatic, and everything under the sun I could be faced with. I want to know about al...

Is there a way to make them either: Not freeze for a minute when on the main screens (Try to use a number, it just sits there without processing the input for a minute until it refreshes) And also: Not randomly logout so often? I can be using it for markdowns, set it down for less than 30 seconds, pick it up, a...

Please stop putting electrical outlets on the floor. We spray down the floor every night. Even if we put covers over the outlets, eventually they break or water seeps in. And you know what happens then? They catch fire! We had an electrical outlet three years ago that started smoking whenever we clean...

So I'm currently a cashier that's been putting in some extra hours for HBC, and recently a position has opened up in the department that could lead to me being transferred if I wanted. So far it doesn't seem to hard to handle, but I'm sure that will change with the holidays approaching. The department he...

Yesterday I'm stocking lunchmeat and there's a pack of dairy cheese slices in the pepperoni, I grab it thinking oh no this will be bad, nope it's frozen solid. I think hmmmm I bet whoever is working frozen put that there as it's right next to the freezer doors. I tell some coworkers and everyone say...

So the deli at my store was closed today for repair to the plumbing system that should have been fixed years ago.
