Howdy gang. Can some of you answer the following question for me... How long do you have to log an entry into the deli temperature log IF YOU DID NOT DO IT IMMEDIATELY? Is it 1 hour, 30 minutes, 15 minutes, a day? Whatever your answer is - how do you know it's that? Thanks
