Had a customer put their dog on my belt the other day and the dog's butth0le was right on it. So my question is should I warn the customers that don't put their produce in a bag that their cilantro, peppers, apples, etc. is right where a dog's butth0le was?

I have been working at Kroger since the end of September 2013. I am the only one in my department (bakery) who makes minimum wage. The 4 people below me in seniority make over minimum wage. So my question is how do I get the experience pay that I deserve. I have prior food service and bakery experience.
