Are they allowed to schedule you twice for the same day? It's a 11 hour difference. Come in at A.M, then come in again at Pm. I'm not full time, just a part time person.

I requested Sun (today) and Mon off a while back. Now as a habit I check esched and the paper one and compare the two. So far they've been spot on. However, Thursday, as I was leaving work I checked it once more and someone crossed out my request and penciled in 10am to 2pm. i have opted to take today off as ori...

I really find it hard and stressful that when I am given a coupon it doesn't scan...especially the store coupons and the Catalina ones that's pretty much the only thing that slows me down otherwise I'm a pretty good cashier. Can anyone tell me the exact steps to take when a coupon doesn't scan? This is my...

A couple weeks ago one of the lazy-ass baggers didn't show up for three days straight. The funny part is he showed up on payday to get his check. Its the first time he did this and no one had heard about him being sick, death in the family, meteor falling from the sky onto his car, etc. Given his less-than-st...

At our store, cashiers remain at their registers with lights turned on when they're working, if they don't have a customer, they just stand and wait. Now we got a new FE manager, and she's saying that whenever there's no customer, they have to go to the back of their register and direct traffic to their r...

So I've written in here before about how a few months back I was written up for insubordination to a Front End Supervisor. I refused to sign the paperwork at the time and manager and co-manager were in the room with me. Co-manager told me, and I paraphrase, "You can leave now and we will be okay with t...

So if you are red for the week on half green hours you are required to go to a meeting. They always send the comanagers or the store manager. Well my store manager said that she was tired of going and was going to send me. That's fine I'll go because I'll tell them the truth. I have no problem telling the hig...

I put in my availabilty about a month ago and its still pending. The schedule comes out tomorrow and my availability is supposed to go into effect the 24th. I'm worried they just aren't looking at it and I'll be scheduled for hours I can't do. (I'm starting College)

Does eschedule require the schedule writers to accept or decline availability requests, or can they just overlook them and you get scheduled for hours you can't do?

The Signature store I'm at is set to have two additional self check-out lanes put in, bringing the total up to six.
