You would think sooner or later Kroger would figure out a way to either build out more and provide more space for their carts or have some giant blower system or something in place. I have been working at Kroger since the end of September 2013. I am the only one in my department (bakery) who makes minimum wage. The 4 people below me in seniority make over minimum wage. So my question is how do I get the experience pay that I deserve. I have prior food service and bakery experience.
