The kroger I work out just gave out cost of living raises to full time employees. Why the hell didnt I get one this is bs, I have been there 1 year and am full time I am a grocery second and make $11.25 the department head makes $14.70

The probably found some squirrelly reason not to give it to you. Some random, tiny, bull**** fact to keep from shelling out more money. That seems to be the Kroger way.
Well the kroger I work at would say, RAISE!!! YOU WANT A RAISE WELL PUT A JACK IN YOUR ASS AND START PUMPING, then you got the long haired hippy in the back flipping his hair not doing ****, well sorry I take that back he moves the same **** 4000000000000000000 ****ing times a day getting paid more than what he deserves.
