had any ? not talking customers, or employees with a rap sheet, i'm talking employess, or management, commiting criminal acts AT kroger been several at where i worked, and all but one, STILL HAVE THEIR JOBS ! Rob, he loved to use racial slurs, at minorities, on the floor, and throw pallets AT people when mad. still works there. got a guy on the front end, who sold pirated movies, and music, in the store sometimes to customers!still works there I know of at least two people, one management, that sells pot, out of the store. both still there. and we got a manager that eats for free, everyday, out of the kitchen, which normally is called theft only one that Is gone, was out lottery their, at customer care, and that was because the police was broght in, buy a customer, who witnessed it. kroger tried to save her, but the police said it wasnt up to them lottery theft is a federal crime and people wonder why i think kroger is doomed.
i suspected an employee of cig theft so i put a dot on the 1st one in the row low and behold a half hour later it was gone and the only register open was uscan so the sale would have had to be cleared with a bday date. i'm retiring this year and don't want to get caught up in a scandal. the person stealing is a long time employee. we have cameras everywhere don't anyone monitor them? are inventory came back terrible. these cigs are over $7a pk and the person smokes 2 pks a day do the math. debating calling the hotline.

REPORT THEM!!! Come on are you seriuos? I have my rants about the company but I have many on employees to.Its up to us to as the company to do what is right.
Call the hotline. It can be anon. Nothing will probably come out of it. But at least your conscience will be clear. If they choose to do nothing about it, then it's not your problem anymore.
No such thing as anon. Everyone I know who has called the 800 number has been found out and called into the office. And to do it online you have to use your ein #. It's just like associate surveys, what department, how long, gender, age. Pretty easy to figure it out. It's a tough decision to make, report a theif or whatever or lose your job. Have you seen how they terrorize employees who report injuries?!
