i am not sure if it is the same for everybody but we go to

www.theworknumber.com

click on im an employee- enter emplyer code ( can click on find employer name to find code.)- hit log in- your user id will be your social security number- your password will be the last for of your social and the year you were born (unless you did this last year and changed your password)

once you get logged in click on the w2express on the right side of the screen

You have through Jan. 14th, 2011 to sign up for Online delivery. If Consent for Online Delivery is not the first option listed below, you are already set up to receive your 2010 W-2 online.

Once your w2 is available it will show up under w2 features

yea i called w2 express they first said this afternoon then this evening and just called again now its 1-3 days dont they know we want our w2 when promised this is ridiculous

They told me there is a problem with the system and kroger corporate is aware of the problem. They have it on file but can't view it.

Seriously screwed up system..... If you give you consent from Jan.1 to Jan 12 you might get your w-2 on Jan 15, 16,17,18,19 .... if you don't give you consent before the 12th you can get it Feb.2nd. Of course my sons financial aid package needs the information by Feb 1st. How about this... you have my consent to give my information to me anytime i want it. Really.

Your Pin is.... last4SSN + Date of Birth . Thats 8 digits. Unless you changed it from a previous year.

Yup, I saw that too.

Did you also see that if you did give consent, you would not get a paper copy?

You should be able to get the info off your last paystub if you need it that badly. I will wait for it in the mail tomorrow hopefully.

If you are talking about your user ID password, you have to go into work and change it on the computer there. If that doesn't work, you can call Kroger support from an office phone. There is a button on the office phone that is a direct line to Kroger support. Left column, lowest button.

PIN for w2 site should be last 4 digits of SS# and Year of birth.

Former employee here! (Yes, I escaped!). To get your W2 as a former employee, you have to log in the same way as current employees and then go to the features tab. Click the link that says "Get your 2016 tax form" and voila!

use your SSN as your user ID, and then put in your pin/password they gave you. If the pin doesn't work, click "forgot pin" and reset it. I'm a former employee and I had to do this to login.

the import code should be on your w-2 form. on my w-2 the import code is in the bottom right corner of section e, where your name and address is listed. If its not on your w-2, I think you can try contacting your employer and asking them for a new W2 with an import code.
