never known it to effect thier bonus or raises but do know it does become part of the management review. Constant poor employee tracking surveys will show a problem in that store and one that management needs to adress. Bag review can hurt them when it comes to moving or promotions.
It's a part of everyones review/evaluation at some point...either you move on it or get left behind...I don't love it, by any means, but it is what is it.
