i got locked out of my greatpeople.me account becuase i forgot there was a number after my password.. can someone tell me how to get back in
I am having this issue, but my worksite location has blocked the website.
It is no longer called Passport.
I think it is now called KnowMe from the start menu.
Or, go into the office and on the phone, there is a button that says support. That will connect you directly to Kroger support for computer issues.

You'll need to go to a company computer and reset your passcode through the passcode site. If you're not near one you'll need to go to one.
Passport has been changed to IAM on the start menu.
