In local 700 its depends on when hired.... Hired prior to October 16.1983 its 24 hours per week for 8 weeks .... Hired prior to July 25,1997 its 30 hours per week for 8 weeks...... And hired after July 25,1997 its 36 hours per week for 10 weeks.......
In 876 its at least 36 hours for 12 "consecutive" weeks or 38 hours....its the consecutive that gets you. You'll get the full time benefits but not the status sooooo every week you can worry if you are going to get the full time hours.
Wow, only 24 hours to make full time.... that must have been a good contract. :O
They all used to be that good. Basically the newer employees get the dregs of the benefits.
I know they all used to be that .... I just glad I am in the middle there where I don't get the great benefits.. But I don't get dregs of the benefits either......
