Just curious, how many other people here have to deal with anyone who just has an attitude problem?
The dairy lead in my store has such an attitude problem if I try to talk to her about anything. I don't know if she does it to me or to everyone.
If I'm unloading my stuff off a skid from the truck, she'll huff and puff until i'm out of her way. if i'm trying to get through the back hall way and she's there she'll do the same. it's just little things like that that bother me. i know she always has this attitude which distracts me and then i end up doing something stupid like dropping a box, or whatever, so she sees that and thinks i'm stupid again. :P
It's not the end of the world since we're not in the same department (opposite ends of the store in fact), it's just something i've noticed ever since I started out there (two years ago!)
I don't know what i could have possibly ever done to her either.
Our dairy lead is like that. He thinks he owns the back room, even though the freezer and dairy cooler are right next to each other. If you're working back there and she starts tapping her, do not speed up. Work at your own pace. If she says something, tell her she's not your boss and she's not in charge of the back room.
One of our supervisors is like that. She's like that to everyone. I just wear thick skin and don't worry about it because every job has people like that.
We have a front end "manager" who THINKS he can tell others what to do, save for management. He TRIED telling me what to do but I'm in produce, so.... No.
Heaven help you if you are a bagger and don't abide by his rules.
I've got one word for you...IDIOTS! All of them! People with those kinds of attitudes WILL NEVER...I mean...NEVER...succeed in life!!! Stay away from them as much as you can, and let them trip on themselves...Those who think they are the most important people in the world and others are just obstacles in their way will find themselves one day VERY LONELY, because they forgot how to treat people with respect! Sad, but true...
