I just took the form Kroger gave me to my bank when I opened my account.
It works the opposite way, you need to give Kroger something with your routing number and bank account number... Hopefully your bank put that information on something for you bring into work. You can always just bring in a blank check (write void across it just in case you lose it), the check has your routing number and bank account number on it.

Well I guess I should have stated that I returned the completed form to Kroger. It's the easiest way, at least in my division. You don't need a blank check or anything, just the form. I haven't had checks in years, I can't believe people still use them. I opened my first checking account in 1972 so I'm pretty familiar with checks, routing numbers, account numbers etc.

Sorry, I thought you were the OP...
... But yea from what overseen from some on this forum I thought it was safer to tell those who might not know that they must bring this information to Kroger otherwise I feared I'd see a thread with someone saying they still haven't gotten a direct deposit even all they dropped the form Kroger gave then off at their bank 2 weeks prior. lol
