At my neighborhood Kroger store, they've put up a fuel center. Took 'em long enough----the construction began last June.

But, a good friend of mine texted me late last night; she and her three babies live right across the street from that place, and there is an over head/out door speaker that is BLASTING the worst music imaginable....all night long. Naturally, nobody living around there can sleep through that. So, since I was there shopping any way, I asked for the over night manager. 

THERE IS NONE. ...........WTF??

But the guy I spoke to, who claimed to be in charge, said he'd 'have some one look into it."

Any one else have something to contribute here? Just curious. If it were affecting me personally, I'd have donned a disguise...and brought some tools and soled the problem m'sef.
