Does anyone know how to set your PIN or what it's supposed to be the first time you log into W-2 Express?
I think it's the last 4 digits of your social security number
I had trouble with it, and called them...1-877-325-9239.
I was told the user ID is our social security number, and that the password is the last four (ssn) with our birth year.
