Does anyone have an employee handbook. The crooks at Krappers didn't give one out, wonder why, and I need it. I was not union and am no longer part of the company. I could really use this against the company. Like many of you, it ruined my life and was not gainful employment.
Any document(s) that I could review that would be construed as a contract, due process, etc. I imagine the 'company' must have same base regulations of this sort just to function. What documents would pertain to this definition?
Even if you are in another district, I would still be interested.
If you give more information on the reason you left the company I can look in my handbook and see if I can find anything that will help you. There are 36 different subjects and after each explanation there is a statement "violation can lead to disciplinary action, up to and including discharge". Did you not go to orientation? They make you sign a paper stating you have read and understood each subject in the employee handbook thoroughly. If you checked no on any box, you had to discuss it before you left for the day. The sheet was on the last page of the employee handbook. We had to read the handbook in orientation, then tear that sheet out and sign it and turn it in.
Orientation was a while ago. I have some legal background and I think it would be prudent to read the employee manual. I can return it after my use. I'm much obliged for you help.

I may not have a legal background but I do have common sense. You've lost your handbook and you want mine. No. Nowhere in my above post did I offer it to you. It's just the way you want it to be.
What is the due process or disciplinary policy of the company? I was not eligable for union. Sometimes an employee hand book can be interpreted into a contract. This is important.
