As long as one isn't a supervisor over the other it's okay for both of them to work in the same store.  This goes for anyone who has a relative working in the same store.

I had a front end manager married to a meat manager in one of my stores. Not an issue, just cannot be in a position where one manages the other.

Yes they will make just his head move. The rest of the body can stay.

Married family members are technically not allowed to work at the same store. If they find a way they can not be in the same department. If one is in charge that might be quoted as favoritism and thus be a violation.

Father ---> daughter worked in the front end. One did fill in fes and the other was under them. This eventually lead to favortisim and one was forced to go work in another department.

2nd store manager --> married grocer staff -- Manager was forced to transfer to another store or be termed due to favortisim concerns.

My last location had several couples work together. This is technically not allowed but I guess so long as they were in different departments and one was not in charge of the other it was okay. Odd at any other location I worked at this was a no-no. Some how they were getting away with it at this particular location.

Yeah, right. Another fake scam/spam post from a spammer who is only slightly familiar with the English Language (read that last sentence again - nonsensical) , thus probably a spammer from overseas.   Probably has never worked or even been in a Kroger store in their life.

I'd say dont let them know you are married but with insurance, its hard to keep it quiet. They WILL find out.

But as long as one isnt the other's super, then why wouldnt it be ok?

Are they working in separate depts? If so, I dont see what the problem us.
