All training is done at the store. That way you get paid for it. biggrin

ACT online is something you do at a computer that is in the store. Probably at the training center.

Well their making me go somewhere else to get the training and orientation done

It depends on your stores location. If you're in a central area where there's lots of other stores around, you'll be trained with people from other stores. It saves space so every store doesn't have to have a bank of computers that are only used for training and surveys. At least that's what I've heard.
