When I got hired I got hired as a marketplace cashier. A coworker of mine with three more months seniority is not classified as a marketplace cashier rather than a front end/clerk. Someone else who has a year more seniority is a front end/clerk. Others who got hired below me are classified as either one or the other. My store is no longer a marketplace and my classification has nto changed. I am top rate and the top pay for a marketplace cashier is 12.80. Top rate for a front end/clerk is 14.75
Do you think I am getting screwed. I talked to payroll and our service director and they don't have the answers. should I talk to the union.
