you know what i hate that my manages won't tell be what the Que score is even though i'm the floor sup. only they have access to it. but if i ask about the score they won't tell me it. they don't tell me if i'm five points below Que or 20 below it. or if i'm above it. so i have to find out next week when they decide to post the numbers if they even do it. it sucks. they also won't give me a list of cross-trainers most days because there too busy to do it. sorry i just wanted to rant. also they condition us to apologize for everything. i started doing it outside work now. its bad.
That sucks! We've always got access to a computer with QueVision pulled up on it in the customer service desk, so we're able to monitor each lane and react before we have red lanes (assuming we're properly staffed which is a different and persistent problem...). The address we use is sdi.ma***.kroger.com for the Mid-Atlantic stores I think, the *** is our store number, and I'd imagine different divisions would have different letters instead of "ma".
If you have a computer connected to Kroger's intranet, you should be able go get there. Open up citrex, Internet Explorer, click on divisions (or might be districts), and keep clicking on the buttons for where your store is.
If they don't post numbers, that means they aren't giving you a hard time over them. I wouldn't complain.
You know that you can go through the schedule and see who is on register, right? You don't need them to do that for you.

At our store, the FE only has access to Front End's schedule, not other departments, so we have no quick way of telling who can provide relief help when.
original poster i don't have access to the front desk office, or customer service office plus they won't train me in there. or an override i don't have an override key.
