So I've been working at Kroger for a month today and my employee discount still doesn't work and it's frustrating me what should I do our how do I get it fixed.
Not sure if the exact position name but talk to your store "secretary" they can give you a new card and make sure it is in the system.
Talk to a customer sevice manager or assistant customer service manager and they'll give you a brand new card with the associate discount.
You talk to your human resources or administrative manager at your store. They put the employee discount on there.
