I'm a former Kroger employee. I left the company in April and I recently moved. Who do I call in order to update my address so I get my W-2? I called the store I worked at and they gave me this number: 1-800-996-7566. No luck with that number. I've tried that number 4 or 5 times and from what I gather, its 100% fully automated and there is not an option about updating your address. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I could be wrong but i think it'd be too late now, they've probably already gotten ready to send it out, won't you have to wait for it to be returned now?
Yes..I filled out the change of address card. I'm hoping it will be forwarded automatically. But, with the US Postal Service you never know....
Don't worry, you will get it. I know everyone is ready to get their money back lol! My husband has all his tax statements already and we are waiting on mine from Kroger.
To be fair, lots of companies wait until the end of the month to hand out w2's. I don't have mine yet, but neither does my dad and he works for a small local warehouse company.
I am "pretty sure" I am getting a W2 since I did work for these morons in 2014 - 2015. I didn't leave them until around March.
But here it is on January 26th and nothing.
It's not like this is a surprise. I trust this company about as much as I trust Donald Trump.
Uh, companies just mail them out by the end of the month. There's enough to give kroger flack about, no need to make up stuff. lol
WTF are you talking about? What am I "making up"?
I don't have a w2 yet, I don't trust Trump, and I did work for Kroger through early 2015. Where do you see me 'making up'?
You make it sound like Kroger should have had the w-4 mailed to you when you think it's time. They have until the end of the month. You got one for the 2014 year in 2015, right? Filed your taxes on time that year, right? But now you decide you can't trust Kroger because you don't have it by the 26th? And then you throw in Trump. Your trust of Trump has NOTHING to do with Kroger.
You aren't working right now. You want your tax refund because you need money. You have to wait until the end of the month or possibly the first of February by the time it gets to you (it's the law). So you are going to throw rocks and kick sand because you aren't getting your way.
Grow up slave! You're making a bid deal out of nothing. How much are you getting back for a couple of months work at 10 - 15 hours a week? $50.00 if that much?
I was merely making an example of how much I do not trust Kroger. I do not trust Trump. I do not trust someone who is selling bootleg DVDs out of the trunk of their car. I do not trust someone who tells me it is powdered milk and not anthrax. I do not trust ... well I could go on and on.
I have my reasons not to trust Kroger. You don't have to make a field day out of it just because you do not like my posts. And I am sure I am getting more than $50 back, although it is no concern of yours.

You sound like a real douchebag, by the way.
So slave..........have you checked your mail? Maybe it's in the mailbox!
And not one person said how to update Kroger on his change of address.
When I was working you would go to the site where you check paystubs. http://ess.kroger.com and the site is still up it come to a login screen. So I am sure nothing has changed it is still the same way.
And the store you work at should be able to give you info on how to do these things. If they don't give you the info someone is not doing their job.
