someone put out these 'vote to strike' flyers out at our store last week and over the weekend management was walking around trying to collect them. Is that them trying to prevent info on a potential strike from getting out or them getting rid of 'unofficial' flyers/notices?
There should be an area inside the store, usually the breakroom, where the union can post stuff like that. It's understood that management is not allowed to remove it as long as it's posted in the designated area. If they're being posted all over the store, then yes, management has every right to remove it.
