So I called in two days Sunday (Daughter sick) Monday (daughter Sick) and did a NCNS on Tuesday. When I came back on Thursday management was requesting I turn in a note to return to work. I dont have a note excusing the days, what can I do?
well, no call no show = automatic write-up/suspension no excuses for those. You will get written up for that. There's not much you can do at this point. You can try to reason with them, but the reality is they could probably suspend you. At the very least give you 2 write-ups, one for the NCNS and one for unexcused absence.
Keep in mind that it doesn't really matter what your excuse is, even with a doctors note. If you are missing excessively then you can be written up/suspended/fired for that. So, my advice to you is never NCNS again, and seriously make an effort to come to work, if you don't you'll eventually be terminated for excessive absenteeism.
Next time get a dr's note, even if it's not you that is sick. That will help your cause. If it weren't for the NCNS you could have probably made a case for it this time, but that is just too much.

Calm down. Get Kroger's fax number and then call your doctor and ask them to fax a note to Kroger for the day you took her to the doctor. That's one day covered and shows Kroger you weren't lying and your daughter was actually sick. I can't believe you didn't bother to call them the third day. Why didn't you call them?

They aren't going to believe that lie. You can't get a doctors note for this week for yourself and use it for last week when your daughter was sick. Stupid.
