Ive been a courtsey clerk for 2 years and currently still waiting to be promoted. I done see EVERYTHING in the front end lmaoooo. Us front end ppl wor our asses off every single minute of the day and we get treated like trash. Folks who have never worked in the front end dont realize how hard our jobs are. Don't get me wrong our job a task are easy! It's just the environment and the extra things around us that makes the job hard!

My opinion of the Front End people is that they are important too. They aren't trash.
Every department and employee from the top to the bottom is important to keep this machine running relatively smooth.
What is the weekly income from your store? That will tell you how busy you are.
Each Department has their issues and stresses. Not enough hours, too many slackers, too much workload, and constant struggle to keep up with the needs of the customers.
