I will hopefully be starting my training in the office soon (my main supervisor said so) but how will I know for sure when it will be? Will it mention training on my schedule? And how long after I get trained will I get an over ride card??

I would assume that it would say FrontEnd.Training or something similar on the schedule but i don't know for sure because i don't work FE. But that's on our schedule if we're training someone it says Bakery.Training below the time you work.

A male comanager will take you to his office and let you use his computer. While you are using it, he will let his "lizard" out for some air. If you try to bite its head off, you are hired. If you let the lizard go back into the hole, you will be released. I hope this helps.

I can see where this is confusing you.  It's really hard to understand, I get that.  Let me see if I can help.

1.  Your schedule will say "training"

2.  Your boss will say "we're training you in the office today".  (Or some variation, like "we will be training you in the office tomorrow")

We don't know exactly which day this might be, and your boss probably doesn't know either.  It will happen when it happens.

You will get your override when they give it to you.

I am glad you said it and not me.  I was going to say that I hope the OP didn't do any "favors" yet for this override.

At my store, it's always a woman in the office.  We've only had one male FEM and he was dumb as a stick and quit after a month.  He worked in the office when they needed help.

It will probably say training on OP's schedule. When and if they give you the override, you must be very careful with whom you let use it. Always deliver the override yourself to whomever needs it and ask what they need it for. As soon as they're done, get the override back. If possible, stay with them until they are done. Your employee number is tied into that card so if someone misuses it, you and the one who misused it will be in trouble.

Having an override is a privilege, not a right. And with it comes great responsability.
