Hello all.

I'm wondering if anyone could give me some insight as to how much a Fuel Clerk moving to a Fuel Lead position could expect to make. The job is in Michigan, how would that wage be decided?

Can't speak for other divisions / stores, but in my union contract - it's NOT worth being a fuel lead. You get a 50 cent raise.

Am in Central

because a fuel lead has SO MUCH responsibility.  I'd gladly take a $20 a week raise to be in control of scheduling.

I'm a Fuel Lead, I work for Smith's in Nevada. Its a Right To Work state, so there's no unions here. I got a $2 raise when I got the job and been stuck with the same pay rate for over a year. I make $11.10 an hour with 36 hours a week. Not worth it.
