Ive always been told that every has to close once a week.I know now this happened in the meat market not sure if that matters but this person called the union over and over because there was a person not closing 2-10 once a week so after the union got i every started having a 2-10 shift.Fast forward 2 years and this same person that had issues for someone not closing is guess what not working a 2-10 shift now and they say they don't have to cuz of seniority.Well I call BS on this cuz from what ive been told EVERYONE is suppose to work a 2-10 shift any feedback would greatly be appreciated thanks
