wanted to everyone's opionion so yea or nea I think from my expierence Managers and thats store and Co have this ego that they think they are Gods like Zeus back in the day I vote Yea
It used to be you could be a decent human being and a salaried manager, all in the same package, but anymore retail corporations seem to deliberately hire douche bags to run their stores.
The best managers, i.e., the longest lasting with the highest career career attainment are socio-paths wo need to abuse and control other human beings. Pure and simple.
Too much pressure from corporate or you are out. In southwest they are dropping like flies lately. Too many hours and too many BS micromanaging ideas for them to deal with.
