I work with this other person who constantly calls me in on my days and is lazy, such as he doesnt edit his orders or anything
one night we had 9 pallets come in and he complains on me since i leave because i had already stayed 12 hrs. I been working in the deparment for about 8 months and he took over it and now im thinking about quiting also im part-time working 40+ hrs a week and i just cant keep coming in cause of the lazyness
Yeah that would be me, you little ****. I know who you are, don't think playing the anonymous card here is going to help you. You got 1 of 2 choices. Between now and next time you come in either you turn your ****ty attitude around-----or you and I are making a trip to the office for a nice meeting with the salaried managers.
Why only 2? Also in the Knoxville tn area if you don't get done in 8 hours you go home and management can't do a dam thing about it. If you work 60 cases an hour you are safe.
