I'm still on the less-than-stellar hours. How long does it take for the change I made on not-so-great people to go through? I checked and it still says "pending".

The schedule writer has to approve it. They should have made a schedule 2 days ago. Wednesday evenings are when I think they are due. Remind your schedule writer next Tuesday that you made changes to your availability.
I think hours are being slashed currently to prepare for the Thanksgiving and Christmas hours blow out. I was told to unschedule 130 hours on my schedule for 2 weeks from now.
