I have been mentioning to my local union for the past 7 years at union meetings about ELMS and finally they're taking me serious.

I'm not sure if we're going to have a special meeting over it, but there are some things others may know. I was asked to obtain a copy of the current and previous forecast to which I was denied.

Does anyone know whats not included in ELMS? I know no hours are allocated for filling in for breaks, rewraps, backstock, or meetings.

What dept do you work?  Our DDP includes time for working backstock, though it's only like 1 hour per day which is not nearly enough time to get ALL of the backstock ran.  If order revolution worked as it should then maybe it could be done, but some of our carts are constantly filled to the brim.  Basically I thought backstock WAS included???

I work in meat and seriously only 1 hour? Meat departments carts might take an hour or so a day!

Do you have access to log into the ELMS application?  I'd think any dept head, assistant or AA can.  I think I got access as a backup

They flat out told me no. It makes me think they're hiding something.
