Call? You can simply either tell any member of management or turn in a sheet of writing that says, "I, (X), will be quitting in 2 weeks from today's date, 12/03/16, on 12/17/16." Or something as blunt as, "12/17/16 will be (X)'s last day, 2 weeks from today, 12/03/16." It has to be in writing. You will need to sign a sheet or management will request you to write up a 2 weeks notice either way.

You can't simply call and tell someone. You must put it in writing and give it to a manager.

Write out a note, make copies, and put one on the desk that the ASP works at (usually it's the desk closest to the store manager's office), slip a copy underneath your store manager's door or tape it to the door (since the door is likely to be locked) and give a copy to the grocery manager.
Or, you could just go up to the store during the daytime when the store manager is there and hand over the note. I would definitely make sure the grocery/associate manager gets a copy though, too, since it sounds like you're overnight grocery.
Just wait around for a few minutes at the end of your shift to hand someone a resignation note. No biggy..they aren't going to eat you for quitting. Better for your resume to face them and give them your 2 weeks notice unless you don't care to use them on your next resume then just don't go back.
