I'm a employee at King soopers i work as a cc. I been working their for 5 months  and i been having problems with them. When they hire me i told  them i have NF1 ( Neurofibromatosis) and i am 4 feet 7 inches tall and about 100 pounds. The supervisors are forcing me to push more carts than i can handle. I hurt my back before and i can only handle four carts at a time.  I am also having problems with them changing the schedule whenever they want to. I'm getting very frustrated.  They change it every week and they dont tell us when its change because it mess with everyone schedule around and what if we have plans that day we cant have it planed because of work. An employee, i want to keep unknown.

A reply would be greatly appreciated at auroraschneider09@hotmail.com

1) you should remove your email from your post!

2) try setting a stricter availability. for example cant work tuesdays, that way at least you know you have that day off. it kinda sucks having random schedules every week but that's just how the business is.

3) try getting a doctors note stating you cant push more than 4 carts or something. if they have it in writing they will have to go by it. just stating you have a certain condition may not be enough

i agree with getting a doctors note, that states what you can handle and cant do. make a copy and give them one.
