Why is that they go straight into social hour after clocking in and don't do ANYTHING but talk and gossip for the first hour of their shift AT LEAST, and even more time some days? Then around the 3 or 4 hour they start talking about other people not moving fast enough or doing things properly... What?
*nods* I totally agree with this all day long. I mean soon as I get in they are like hey I need you to do X,Y, and Z. But while I'm actually doing some work(and if it's me doing truck, sweating my butt off), and I look over and like two or three peeps are huddled off somewhere talking about someone or whatever else is going on in someone else's dept. But then when they get done, ask you done with truck yet? Like are you serious?, I'm only one person working on the damn thing, no help, hardly no grey carts available to load up and push some of that stuff in there with ease without having to carry one box at a time. But yet and still some how I'm no doubt the "lazy" one.
The guilty always accuse, something to remember. If i could be lazy what would i do hmmmm? Stick myself in the eye with an ice pick, the more i do the better i feel and my day is over faster thats a good day for me.
I like it when people stand around talking about having too much work! Our Drug/GM group spends most of day talking. Can't believe management lets them get away
with it. So much time is wasted! My day goes by so fast when I am busy.
