Don't you just love when you go into Kroger to shop and your department head stops you to ask if you can come in later, and you say "no I'm busy" and they start asking you what you're busy with? Mind your own business you're asking someone a favor on their day off and they have the right to say no.

Never, ever go into your place of employment when you're not working! Seriously! If it's my day off or especially if I'm on vacation & I need to go shopping, I go to another Kroger or even better, a competitor! Nothing good can come from entering your home store if you're not there to work!

Haha, I feel the same way! So if I do have to go to my store on my day off. I duck and dive my dept. heads and the assistant managers. But now since our hours are cut they are trying to get in a call to come in on one of my days off like ALL the time now. Since they can't figure out how to set up the schedule to cover their own butts. And then have the nerve to be like, why weren't you available when I called you on your day off? Um, cause it's a day off for a reason. Not like I'm sitting by the phone awaiting your call. I'm actually trying to catch up with stuff I wasn't able to keep up with when I do have to work.
