Hi. In the handbook it says that associates are not allowed to check themselves out when buying something. I was wondering if associates are allowed to use u-scan or a self checkout lane?
It basically means you cannot sign yourself into a register to check yourself out, any manned or Uscan register is fine. Just get your receipt initialed by the cashier / attendant (could be anything, a scribble, x, etc. As long as it's marked, our management is good with it) that's all. Just make sure you are punched out first and alls golden
