I can give you some pointers.
First, being organized is key. Nothing will slow you down as much as running around trying to find all the things you need.
If you set to a specific planogram, memorizing that will make you that much more efficient. As much as possible, try to stick to one task and finish it before jumping into another one. The amount of early customers you have may make this unfeasible, but it's a good goal to strive for.
As with everything else in life, the more you do it, the better and faster you will be. Hope that helps!
